I never imagined that ocean water can be this clear. Devoid of any waves, this is a great beach to take a bath if you're in Diglipur. Very less tourists visit here due to bad road but it's all worth it in the end.
Cost 1500 per person (4000per boat minimum charges)
Forest pass needed.
Time -: 20-25min from jetty
Best time : 10-12 Am
it is the one of the most clean water beach in India. Between the sand path of Ross and Smith Island will awake on low tide on every day . On high tide the sand path sank in salt water. The wedth of the sand path 300mtrs and length 500mtrs approx.

On high tide the sand path sank in salt water. The wedth of the sand path 300mtrs and length 500mtrs almost. I show you both the pictures. You notice to understand.
It was our last stop during our entire trip and I assure you it is like saving the best for the last.
I havnt seen such a beautiful island ever. It is heavenly
This is a most clean and peaceful beach 🏖️ of India 🇮🇳.
Lovely persons ( boat drivers, Life guards and beach cleaning) living in Diglipur. …
One of the most beautiful places in India arguably. Ross and Smith Island is located in North Andaman, Aerial Bay. If you are in Diglipur this is the destination you should be looking for the most. Though it's quite far from Port Blair but it's worth a visit. Highly recommended if you visit The Andamans.
One of the most beautiful and underrated Island in India. So get ready to be blown away as a 20 to 30 minutes of boat ride might take you to reach this mesmerizing island depending upon the weather condition. Before visiting, do check the tide chart as the best time to visit would be during low tide so that one can have a walk in the sand bar to reach Ross Island which is a Wildlife Sanctuary maintained by the Wildlife Division of Forest Department. A must visit place if you are planning a trip to Diglipur, North Andaman, A&N Islands. 👌❤
Two pristine islands connected by a stretch of sand. During very high tide they remain separate but appear as one in normal times. This is in North Andaman around 14 hour drive from Port Blair. But the beauty of the islands and the sea is worth the drive. From Port Blair you need to go to Diglipur. At Diglipur go to Arial Bay jetty, you will need to take permits for boarding the ferry to Ross and Smith islands. Remember to take permits for both the islands. It is a half-day trip and you will need to return from the island by 2:00 PM, so start from Arial Bay early.
